Is the jacket safe for my dog?+
Yes. The ProMassage Jacket is designed with veterinary input and uses gentle vibration plus optional low-temperature warmth. As with any wellness product, please consult your vet first if your dog has an injury, is pregnant, or has a medical condition.
How long is a session?+
Most dogs benefit from a 10–20 minute session. We recommend starting with the gentlest intensity and observing how your dog responds.
How often can my dog wear it?+
Once a day is a great starting point. Many owners use the Relax program in the evening and the Recovery program after walks or training.
What size should I choose?+
Measure your dog from the base of the neck to the base of the tail and pick the closest size: XXS (26–32 cm), XS (33–38), S (39–48), M (49–55), L (56–62), XL (63–70). Our size finder above walks you through it in under a minute.
How long does the battery last?+
One hour of charging powers up to 10 massage sessions, depending on intensity and whether the heating function is in use.
Can I wash the jacket?+
The fleece inner liner is removable and machine-washable at 30 °C. The outer shell can be wiped down with a damp cloth.
What if my dog doesn't like it at first?+
That's perfectly normal. Introduce the jacket gradually — let your dog sniff it, reward calm behaviour, and start with very short sessions on the lowest intensity.
